A great next step is using your gifts by serving on a  B-con Team! Whether it’s greeting guests, setting up for a service, or handling prayer requests online, you can help us make church happen at BCON. In the process, you’ll make awesome friends and experience spiritual growth. Check out all our Dream Teams below and find the one that’s a fit for you! 

 Guest Experience

  • Hospitality: This team makes incredible first impressions! Help Guests get in from the Parking Lot . Find them a great seat. Or, care for our B-Con Team members, serving food and drinks.

  • Prayer: Come alongside our church family as they talk to God. Pray with guests at services, at home, or even through email! Join us to intercede for those who are struggling.

  • Worship: We love the expression of musical worship and know it’s a powerful way every believer can connect with God. You’re a skillful musician?   Audition for the Worship Team.

  • Prayer Team: We believe that our entire life is an expression of worship, to be completely poured out for Jesus. Everything we have is from him and to be used for him. God’s presence is life-changing and our Worship Teams have the opportunity to engage and invite His presence into our experiences through music. We aren’t afraid to let our passion show, and as a matter of fact, if it points to Jesus, we are all about it.

  • Roadies and Facilities: Roadies set-up and tear-down everything that makes Fusion Cafe possible at a our location, or Outreach possible at onsite or in different locations. The Facilities Team takes care of our permanent buildings and property.

  • Production: Camera operators, audio engineers, directors, and graphic operators - we need techies to enhance and make our contemporary services happen. Training provided.

  • Office Support: Serve midweek at BCON. (Tuesdays Thursdays). Prepare Communications , prep outreach supplies and more. The work is fun and the community is amazing!

Kids and Middle School

  • BCON Family: Hold babies in our nursery, jump around and worship with toddlers, lead a small group for Elementary schools students, or mentor Middle Schoolers. We invite you to serve with us on Sundays in our B-CON Family environments. Be a part of our creative and interactive programs custom made for every age and stage, and help our kids learn about Jesus in real and relevant ways

Next Generation

  • High School: Lead a weekly High School Group. Build trusted relationships, celebrate spiritual growth, and encourage students to pursue a deeper relationship with Jesus. Groups meet each Wednesday at 7pm.

  • College: We’re looking for College Students with the gift of hospitality, a creative flair, and a love of all things fun! Help us plan and host special events especially for College Ministry. Click the button below and email us to let us know you want to join!

Digital + Creative Team

  • Church Online: Each week, people join Church Online! We have a team of volunteers ready to greet them, pray for them, and help them get connected.

    • B-CON Team Coaches run our live services every week.

    • Prayer Hosts respond to our online attendees in the chat with prayer and encouragement.

    • Chat Hosts make our guests feel comfortable and help them get connected further with BCON Church.

  • Photography: Our team of skilled photographers (with their own gear) helps to document the life of our church. From Sundays to special events, showcase what God is doing at Bcon Church!

  • Videography: Tell compelling stories through video (with your own gear), by capturing the energy of a special event or the emotion of a personal testimony. Work alongside our team of professional videographers.

  • Graphic Design: A vital part of the B-CON culture is engaging our guests visually. From sermon slides to social media, printed materials, and our physical spaces, a graphic design team helps make experiences memorable.

BCON - Team Coach

  • Is God calling you to more? Take your next step as a Team B-CON Coach! Guide and mentor valued members of our Team, so they get the most out of their serving experience. It’s our goal to foster a sense of community and create an environment for spiritual growth. When you apply, a leader will reach out and connect with you.

 BCON Leadership Application

Thank you for your interest in a leadership position at BCON Church. We appreciate your willingness to complete the application process. Here at BCON, we believe leadership in the church is about influence. As a leader, you are called by Jesus to positively influence and spiritually direct those men, women and children He’s entrusted to our church.

By choosing to enter into a leadership role at BCON, you are entering into a position of influence. Our community will watch you closely and take what you say seriously. We think that is a good thing. Leaders should be role models. The challenge is that being a role model is all-encompassing, so we want to ensure we provide appropriate safeguards and support.

  • Step 1: This application is to be completed by all people desiring to serve as a leader at Bcon Church. This application is used to determine whether a leadership role is a good fit for you and to help the church provide a safe and secure environment for all who participate at BCON.

  • Step 2: Upon completion of the application, a Bcon leader will be in contact to set up a time to meet with you for an interview
